Last weekend I had the pleasure of sending out this beautiful wedding cake. Sometimes weddings can be a stressful process especially for the baker. However this client was a dream to work with! Covid couldn't stop this intimate ceremony. Vanilla cake, with a homemade raspberry filling and vanilla frosting.

Sea theme seems to be very popular right now. I've had a lot of request and honestly I love them!. These delicious chocolate cupcakes were topped with some graham cracker sand and cute litte turtles. Happy Monday

Succulents are still ever so popular. I love that every time they come out unique and even more beautiful. Cupcakes are always the life of the event because, they're so easy to grab and go. With social distancing still in effect you may not need that bigger cake and cupcakes are the way to go!

Mini bundts are one of my favorites to make. They can be dressed up in so many ways. These caramel apple are always a big hit with cinnamon cake, apple filling, delicious cinnamon frosting and oh yes caramel drizzle. Are you team pumpkin spice or team caramel apple?

When a client gives me creative freedom it gives me room to grow even more. This mermaid cake was by far one of my favorites to do. There's about several new techniques in this piece of art. Two of my favorite flavor combinations are mint chocolate and peanutbutter chocolate. Please don't ask I choose between the two! This mint chocolate chip cake is one of my favorite designs. Do you remember your 21st birthday? I couldn't wait for someone to card me, now it's just annoying when they do. The client designed the cake himself down to the colors chosen. I loved making it, gluten-friendly vanilla cake with cinnamon frosting. Such a delicious combo.
