Good Morning and Happy Tuesday! As many of you know, we did not renew our lease at Zip-N station. The Rona has completely changed the restaurant industry, and after a lot of market trend research (and our own intuition), we have decided that our efforts would be best suited to teaching--instead of serving--great vegan food. Starting on January 1, we are launching our currently untitled Youtube channel, where Mom and Son create easy and affordable vegan dishes. Our focus w...ill be on building immunity through eating plant-based in the following ways: 1. Cooking and eating with the seasons. 2. Converting classic meat and dairy-laden dishes into exciting and delicious vegan versions. 3. Celebrating World flavors and "Peasant Foods". 4. Educating on nutrition and wellness benefits of featured ingredients. 5. Showing how to biohack and reverse aging with foods. We hope you will join Chef Marci and her son Walker to learn the secrets and tricks of In the Raw's hundreds of recipes from the last three years. This is something we've been wanting to do for quite some time but the opportunity just wasn't there--but now it is!
