This is Marie our lovely General Manager, whilst she is exempt for wearing a mask; she will be making sure the rest of our team are wearing them whilst working for both their and your safety! Everyone except Matt that is, the other chap - he is also exempt from wearing one.

Our entire team has been tested for Coronavirus to ensure the safety of everyone. We're so pleased to announce that those whose results have come back have all been negative. Our lovely Front of House team whose results we've had back so far are all healthy and well and so we are able to reopen our doors today. Rest assured those still waiting on results will remain off work until they receive them but so far 99% have come back negative The lounge has been professionally c...leaned with anti-viral treatment and we will continue to ensure the team and customers' safety is our number one priority. For those that asked, our test and trace forms are always located at the front door when you enter as well as on every table for you to fill out and do your part in controlling the virus. We have also created a new splash page where you can leave your details when using our Order & Pay mobile website. You can also connect to the WIFI to leave your details. Thank you so much everyone for all your lovely comments and ongoing support during such an unprecedented time. We will continue to stay alert and keep everyone safe. The team member that tested positive is still doing well and is also now fit to return to work! We look forward to welcoming you back

Unfortunately we have decided to close Pico Lounge temporarily because one of our team has tested positive for coronavirus. Thankfully they are not unwell, and though nobody else in the team is displaying symptoms some have been told to self-isolate by NHS Test & Trace. We will re-open when we are confident they are all fit and well and the Lounge has been thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitised. ... We understand that this news will be of concern to those of you who have recently visited Pico. We have been collecting details of customer visits for NHS Test & Trace but we have been advised not to contact customers ourselves. If they decide it is necessary NHS Test & Trace will make direct contact. If you don't hear anything from them there is no reason for concern and you don't have to do anything. Our sincere apologies for any anxiety caused, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
