There is also a spreadsheet where you can access resources, and a Facebook page to follow for updates. During this time of crisis let’s share resources and uplift others.

Young and/or healthy people: just because you aren’t scared of coronavirus doesn’t mean everyone shares that privilege. Before you go to that party or book th...at international flight, think about those around you who are pregnant, elderly, or disabled. We have public health guidelines for a reason, and Italy is a perfect example of what happens when they’re not voluntarily followed. You’ll hear the virus compared to the flu (which is already dangerous for these groups), but the mortality rate is estimated to be 20 times higher. On top of all this, our for-profit healthcare is system is already at capacity. Hospitals are not designed to handle this burden, and we don’t have the central planning China does to build new ones. Every person infected with COVID-19 means a diversion of time and resources, which inevitably leads to more preventable deaths.
