Here is the recipe for the vegan meal of the day for this Thursday!!! It's our first day of operation and we are so beyond thrilled to provide whole food, unprocessed, home made, hand prepared, artisanally crafted phytonutrient, and micronutrient dense plant based, nutritionally rich, fresh food to the people of Lubbock!!!

Tomorrow is the day!!! We have all of our fresh ingredients and we are going to start cooking Bright and Early tomorrow. The early bird gets the worm! And we are so thrilled to provide service and value to the people of Lubbock.

Tomorrow is our first day of operation! We are extremely excited to provide health and serve high quality nutrient dense food to the public. Our pickup address is 4410 38th street and if you want delivery just contact us with your order and your info. We look forward to doing business with you!!!

Here is our flyer with the updated dates. Im sure Dates will be in recipes in the future by the way. Dates are a super nutrient dense fruit. We hope to serve people well as well as provide high quality service, taste and nutrient dense food. Happy Full Moon.

Starting next Thursday, Veggie Vibes will be up and running once a week, every Thursday for the lunch period of 11-2PM! Plates are $10 + a $3 delivery fee for everyone within an 8 mile radius and $5 for 8+ miles. You can always waive delivery fees by picking it up. Our plates are all homemade, plant based, organic and nutrient dense. All of the ingredients we use will be from the local farmers market and what we don't find there, will be from our local Sprouts and Costco. Orders can be placed simply by sending a message through the Veggie Vibes page with your name, order, time you would like your food delivered, and delivery destination.
